These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and Jili 58 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Jili 58 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

To access the full range of Jili 58 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jili 58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify Jili 58 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact our support team as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken.
• KYC Verification: Jili 58 reserves the right to require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card.
• Account Suspension: Jili 58 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the Jili 58 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Jili 58 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at our discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of transaction. Jili 58 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Jili 58 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Jili 58 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Jili 58 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Jili 58 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Jili 58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jili 58 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude players from specific promotions without prior notice.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: Jili 58 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.

All games available on the Jili 58 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• RNG Certification: The RNG systems used in Jili 58 games are independently tested and certified to ensure compliance with fairness standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates of each game.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, Jili 58 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: Jili 58 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during an active game session. Where technically feasible, game state will be restored upon reconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili 58 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with Jili 58.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Jili 58 staff or other players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Jili 58 players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorized use of Jili 58's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Jili 58.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jili 58 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or through the platform.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, Jili 58's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by the Jili 58 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jili 58 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of personal data collected from users of the platform.

Jili 58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform, by email, or by posting a prominent notice on the Jili 58 website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Jili 58 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
